Dennis E. Hilton

 

Dennis E. Hilton, Chairman and founder of Hilton Realty & Investment began his career in real estate in 1970. As a young entrepreneur he purchased his first commercial real estate at Lake of the Ozarks and has continued to buy, sell and trade since then. "In 1987 I moved my family to Springfield and acquired a real estate license. I worked exclusively on hotel, motel and resort brokerage for the next five years. I learned a great deal during those years about finding properties that fit particular buyers investment criteria.

It became very clear to me that both buyers and sellers had one thing in common, they wanted to feel taken care of. It was then that I decided to begin building our family business on that one single fundamental principal. I'm proud to say that most of the customers we have done business with over the years are still doing business with us today. We're not a big flashy company but our list of loyal customers who depend on us to get the job done will rival any real estate company in the business and we are very proud of that".

 

Dennis J. Hilton

 

Dennis J. Hilton, President & CEO is a second generation Realtor. He is the next to the youngest son of founder Dennis E. Hilton. "Staying true to Dad's original plan to have a unique and different type of Realty Company continues to be our focus. He has taught me the importance of setting yourself apart by offering unique services that other companies don't provide. We build life long relationships with our customers by taking on "hard to find" property assignments or we will market that unique property that requires a special type of buyer. The old adage "there is a buyer for everything" is what Hilton Realty & Investment is all about. Finding the right buyer or locating that special piece of property requires a great deal of time, research and dedication that most companies simply can't afford to provide. This is what we do.

 

Ryan Hilton

 

Garrett R. (Ryan) Hilton, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and oldest son of the Hilton family has been working in the Real Estate industry for years, learning all facets of the business. From auction style buying and selling to conventional purchases. Ryan knows the importance of making a customer “feel taken care of” and his focus is guiding that customer through a smooth & successful transaction.

 

 

 

Barron T. Hilton

 

Barron T. Hilton, Vice President and IT director for the company is the youngest of five children. Through his company, Global Net Designs, Barron manages the Hilton Realty & Investment Internet and website properties and provides a critical interface with customers in using the Internet as a research and development tool. "Technology is the way the world operates today. We use the Internet as the primary means to research everything from demographics in a particular market to finding that "hard to find" property that is the old proverbial "needle in a haystack". Staying on top of the technology is critical to our real estate companies success". While Global Net Designs is an independent business that develops websites and provides Internet services including e-commerce gateways etc, it is an invaluable part of the day-to-day business at Hilton Realty & Investment.
